Personalized Products
Personalized products are non-refundable. This is because of the time and effort we invest in creating each piece, as well as the materials that cannot be reused. Each item is made uniquely for you, and we take great pride in our craftsmanship.
We create custom designs based on what you upload to our site. We print exactly what is provided, so we cannot exchange or refund products due to customer errors. These errors include, but are not limited to:

Typos or misspellings in the uploaded design.

Selection of the wrong product (e.g., choosing Save the Dates instead of Personal Magnets).

Poor image resolution in the uploaded file.

Layout or cropping issues in the design.
Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return or replacement if there is a production error. If you believe there is a mistake on a non-personalized item, please contact us.
In both cases (personalized or non-personalized), we cannot issue exchanges for damage caused by improper storage or handling by the customer. If you suspect a production error, email us at byrivelle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
When returning an item for exchange, we will analyze the issue based on your notes to ensure the replacement meets your expectations. Returning the entire package is unnecessary; please send only the piece you wish to exchange.
Free Shipping Policy
To qualify for free shipping, your cart must total $60 USD or more before taxes and shipping fees. If you use a coupon and the total drops below $60, free shipping will not apply.
